Originally built as a private residence in 1906, Haven Guest House has been operated as a Bed & Breakfast continuously since 1948. In 2021 it became the great honor of Liz and Jason Lee to continue this long tradition of offering warm hospitality, delicious breakfast, and a lodging experience that blends modern amenities with the comforting quality architecture of years past, to travelers of the Vermont Lakes Region.
Located a scenic 45 minute drive from both the Killington and Okemo ski resorts, Fort Ticonderoga, and the shopping outlets of Queensbury and Manchester, as well as a mere few minutes drive from Lakes Bomoseen, St. George, and St. Catherine, Haven Guest House is a perfect central location for any season and any reason. With pastries and bread made in house by Liz, a former pastry chef, and an intimate and comfortable stay in one of our four guest rooms, Haven Guest House offers a lodging experience and value that is not to be found anywhere else.

Haven Guest House offers a deluxe breakfast with a variety of choices, with all bread and pastry-of-the-day made in-house. Please let us know when booking if there are any allergen or food restrictions in your party.
Our B&B features four guest rooms, each with its own private bathroom, TV, seasonal air conditioning, and free wifi.
Our rooms accommodate 2 guests, with the option of an additional roll-away bed for a 3rd (except in the Lilac & Lace room) at an added $35 per night.
All of our rooms come accompanied with full private bathrooms and provided hair dryers, tvs, seasonal air conditioning, and free wifi.

The Marigold room comes well apportioned with a queen sized bed, a full writing desk, a plush reading chair, and a closet and wardrobe for garment storage. There are built-in reading lamps situated on either side of the bed. The private bathroom contains a vanity area and a stand-up shower.
Accented with lace and oak furnishings, this room with a queen sized bed also comes with a pocket desk, resting chair, and a closet for garment storage. The private bathroom has a bathtub shower.
Our largest room, the king sized bed comes accompanied with a sitting area and a large wardrobe for garment storage. The private bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub shower.
This cozy room comes appointed with two twin beds and a sitting area. Built in reading lamps adorn each of the beds. There is an ample closet and full dresser for garment storage. The private bathroom contains a spacious standing shower.
